Preperation Time - Overnight
Cook Time - 2-3 minutes

4 cups of soaked soy beans
3 cups of water

1) Rinse soy beans well and soak in water overnight.
2) Boil water, then add soy beans and turn on the heat to low for 2-3 minutes.
3) Let the soy beans sit for 30 minutes.
4) With the Hurom Slow Juicer, pour one spoon of soy beans and water into the juicer repeatedly.
